Jeffrey Christoph

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Christoph has a strong technology background and holds a degree in Computer Engineering. He has worked in a variety of engineering and management positions for three different startup companies, Plasma Sciences from 1992 to 1997, Objective Communications from 1997 to 1999, and Sycamore Networks from 1999 to 2003.  From 2006 to 2011 Mr. Christoph held several management roles at L-3 Communications, first as a Director of Operations in a project control position and then as a Vice President for International Business Development and Special Programs before co-founding ViVA International with Rick.

Miguel Mendoza Benitez

Executive Director, Latin America & CEO, ViVA Mexico

Mr. Mendoza has spent thirty years consulting with Federal, State, and municipal governments in Mexico and Latin America in Information Technology and Public Sector Services. He has brokered deals and implemented projects in land and property registration services, integrating products and services from industry-leading software vendors like Thompson Reuters, Futuver, ESRI, and Medici Land Governance. He regularly shares his industry-leading expertise with the Latin America Cadastre Association and the World Bank at its annual Land and Poverty Conference.

rick whitaker

Managing Director Global Operations

Mr. Whitaker has thirty-five years professional experience in international infrastructure development and institutional strengthening programs. He has a wide range of experience in institutional process and policy development and finance management. He has conducted global strategy and management consulting projects and development efforts throughout Latin American, Asia, Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Whitaker has worked extensively in the management of large-scale projects, particularly with hydroelectric initiatives, renewable energy, and electricity and petroleum enterprises. His experiences spans: Enron, USAID, Booz Allen Hamilton, United Technologies Corp, Bain & Co. and International Resources Group/L3, with degrees from the US Military Academy West Point and Harvard Business School.
